A marathon effort

Just in case you thought it didn't hurt.

Here's Michael just after he crossed the finish line at the Gold Coast Airport Marathon.

"My official time was 5:23.30, beating the old Guinness Record of 6:42.47 for a marathon on crutches (one leg). We still have to go through the process of getting it ratified but it hardly matters now. It was always more about finishing and I did it."
