Milton will ride a new track bike at the Australian Elite Track Championships this week.
The bright yellow BT was supplied by the ACT Academy of Sport with Milton fitting wheels, tyres and a pedal.
The new bike has dramatically altered his position on the bike, lowering his hands and shoulders, making him more aerodynamic.
It is also fitted with a 'stump bucket' specially designed by Advanced Prosthetic Centre in Sydney.
'The stump bucket is attached to the seat post and my stump slots into it. It offers hip stability and greater leverage, particularly at the start,' explained Milton.
