Over eight weeks, the new series will shatter conventional thinking about what it takes to achieve peak performance and stay there - whatever your field.
Whether you're an elite athlete, a mum or a business executive 'Body and Brain Overhaul' will show that traditional exercise and fitness approaches don't take into account the individual's response to the physical and mental stresses of contemporary living.
The series started on 19 August and Michael will feature in the September 30 episode focussing on resilience. The series will continue Wednesdays nights until October.
